How long do parcels take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch your parcel within 1 working day of receiving your order. All UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail

Please provide your email address when placing your order so that we can send a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched, including any tracking details for items sent by courier.  Any delivery instructions provided with your order will be passed onto the Courier.  Royal Mail will follow any agreement you have with your local Postman. 

Do you offer a next day service?

Our next day service is currently unavailable but will be available soon. 

Orders received after the 1pm cut-off will still be charged but may not be dispatched until the following working day after receipt of your order. 

Please note: orders placed between 1pm Thursday and 1pm Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday, and orders placed between 1pm Friday and 1pm on Monday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday. 

Do we Post Overseas?

We ship all items worldwide. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery to Europe and 21 days to the Rest of the World. 

Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail (airmail service).

Orders outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied when the delivery reaches its destination and you will be responsible for the payment of any such duties and taxes.
