Our pop-up shop at York Christmas Market opens on 13th November. Behind the scenes we have been busy preparing a variety of seasonal offerings which include two new cats, launched today.

Joy

Joy is inspired by nostalgic feelings of Christmases past. Red, gold and green are key trends this festive season as the concept of "the perfect Christmas" is eschewed in favour of connecting with people, celebrating in the here and now whilst remembering back to a time when the festive season was filled with more simple pleasures.

Robin

What's not to like about Robins? Colourful, friendly and cute, they are one of nature's fabulous contribution to the colder half of our year. The irony of a cat decorated with robins was too good an opportunity to pass up and his snowy setting on the backdrop of a grey cat makes an appealing ensemble.

Charlie would be spitting feathers (sadly, almost literally) at the thought of being festooned with our favourite winter garden bird (similar to Sylvester's reaction to Tweeety Pie's antics!).

Both of our new cats are hand decorated in York and Cornwall by Peter.
